The hotel is truly excellent! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful — especially Raquel, who goes above and beyond! She’s in charge of the kitchen, and she really makes sure everything runs smoothly. She’s so kind and warm, and I’m truly grateful for how attentive she was during our stay. And the waffles are delicious — you must try them! Having breakfast included is a big plus! It’s fresh, and a perfect way to start the day without having to go out early to look for food. Everything is well-prepared, and you can really tell they put care into it. The hotel is family-friendly, well-located, and easy to access, with a beautiful lake view that makes the place even more special. You can also do a late check-in since they have a 24-hour front desk, which is incredibly helpful. Just keep in mind that there’s a big gate at the entrance — you simply need to press the red button on your left to open it. Overall, this hotel is excellent, and we will definitely come back without a doubt!

Julian was incredibly kind and took the time to thoughtfully answer all of our questions and offer wonderful recommendations. I especially appreciated how he noticed our family and suggested activities that were perfect for us. His warmth and attentiveness truly stood out, and your hotel should feel honored to have such an exceptional staff member. Housekeeping is a gem as well — everything was immaculate and done with care.

For the price, this hotel is definitely worth it. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. One thing to note is that if you stay fewer than four nights, they don’t provide room service. However, it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. Overall, you really can’t beat the price for what you get. Great locatiom as well!

Palazzo Lakeside entrance smells incredible, the reviews were not lying 😅 I recently stayed at the Palazzo Lakeside Hotel, and I honestly walked away with such a positive vibe! If you’re looking for a spot that balances relaxation with convenience, this is it. There is a gym, that’s not great. They definitely should kit that out a bit more, even by just putting an all singing, all dancing “smith machine” would be perfect. My Top Takeaways: * The Perfect Hub: I felt like I was right in the middle of everything. It was so easy to get around, and the drive back to the airport took me exactly 30 minutes, which took a lot of the stress out of my travel day. * Super Clean: I’m pretty picky about hotels, but I was really impressed by how spotless everything was. My room felt fresh and well-cared for from the moment I walked in. * Stunning Scenery: The lakeside location is gorgeous. There’s something so peaceful about being right on the water while still being so close to the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee. * Solid Breakfast: The breakfast isn't a massive, over-the-top spread, but it definitely does the job! It was exactly what I needed to get my day started without any fuss. Final Thoughts: I had a wonderful experience here. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the great service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

After a stressful morning having to leave another hotel because of problems, we were so happy to find this place! It definitely saved our trip. A very nicely renovated hotel, that is sparkling clean. Our bed was so comfortable, and the room was spotless and spacious! Had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable stay to relax at the end of park days. Service was so friendly and welcoming as well. Only had trouble a couple times trying to get someone to pick up the phone at the front desk, but otherwise we would absolutely stay here again.
